... confusing. To make sure, for example, if I roll a 15, it's compared to each individual, right?

You would get to roll twice, so let's say you roll a 12 and 15, then you would take the highest one and apply it to both targets. Discard the 12, take the 15.

For the bear trap attack, what's the save DC for stopping the DoT (damage over time)? Also, is there any way to increase the DoT?

Hmm- oddly enough the book states that for all saving throws the DC is 10. I may homebrew something to rememedy that, but assume in that range.
Two Fanged Strike lets you shoot two arrows or use both your blades to make an attack each for weapon damage + modifier. If both hit then you get added damage equal to your wisdom modifier.

*cough*4E*cough*needs*cough*better*cough*rules*cough* *cough* Sorry. OK, I'm having trouble deciding on encounter powers, I like all of them but the dire wolverine one. For Daily, it's most likely split the tree. You never did say if bear trap's DoT can be increased....

I really am having trouble deciding. It's between Evasive Strike, Fox's cunning, or two fanged strike. Evasive strike is lowest on my list, but fox cunning/ fanged strike tie.
