This will be the dice roller that we'll use for this forum: HERE . I tried to find a roller where you could roll right here in the forums, but that won't work without changing the BBCode of the website (which I'm not going to do). What I'd like you to do is regester and account in the above site and whenever you go to roll dice there (only on skill checks, I'll be doing most of the rolling anyways) and when you are required to make a roll go to the roll dice link, put in the characters name, the Darkness Rises under the campaign, and then put in 1d20+x (where x is your modifier). You will then roll the dice, grab the bottom (BBcode) link, and post it here. So for a search check where Elfien has a +7 modifier the result you will post here will look like this: This is a search check for Elfien to look for the hidden datapad on the nobody leader's body. (1d20+7=11)Any questions?

I see you used my campaign for an example..... but it says 1d20+7 → [4,7] = (11)... what's the [4,7]?

4 is the result of the 1D20, and the 7 is the modifier. Those two are added together. I think what it does is that it adds the modifier as another die roll of that result, and that's why they are together. In a d20 roll with modifier the first number is the result, the second the modifier, the last number is the final result.
